Located 5 minutes from the central city by car in a quiet suburb near Massey University, our modern home has 3 double bedrooms, a study, 2 bathrooms and two living areas. The local shopping centre is a 10 minute walk away. A provincial city (pop. just under 80,000), Palmerston North has an abundance of cafes, a professional theatre, art gallery, an excellent library and good shopping. The Hawke's Bay and Wairarapa wine producing regions are within an easy 90 minutes drive, with Wellington (NZ's capital city) 2 hours away. Mt Ruapehu (skiing) 2.5 hours drive.

We would like to exchange or house sit so we can experience life in and explore different countries. We enjoy meeting people and entertaining in our own home. We would be happy to look after gardens and lawns as part of the house swap or house sit arrangement. We will be in the UK from July to October 2010 and have arranged exchanges for this period of time. We are interested in a 2 - 6 month exchange in Europe from March 2011.
