3 bedroom house in ideal location for a family holiday. 10 minutes from sandy beaches and 2 minutes from cliff tops walks. Good public transport links and local shops. Supermarket and leisure centre nearby. Our village has 2 pubs and 5 takeaways so you will not go hungry! Nearby town 15 minute walk has further pubs and restaurants, playground, indoor play zone, dinosaur museum and zoo.
Our house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single. Good size garden featuring a large wooden playhouse. There is a suntrap decked area ideal for BBQ’s. Lounge with DVD, large kitchen/diner and bathroom with electric shower over.
The Isle of Wight has much to offer - walking, watersports, cycling, golf and many lovely beaches. There are quaint thatched villages, Victorian seaside towns, a modern shopping centre and many natural, historical and archeological places of interest as well as many family attractions. The scenery and attractions are diverse but nowhere is far to drive or get to by public transport. A mini england on one island.

Our party consists of myself, my husband and our 5 year old daughter who is well behaved. Our house is equipped to be child friendly and our daughter is happy to share her toys with visiting families. My husband is a marine engineer and I am an administrator within the NHS.
We are keen walkers and also enjoy boating, kayaking and beach life in general! We are open to offers absolutely anywhere as we enjoy experiencing new places. We have exchanges arranged now for 2010 so looking for offers for 2011. We are very keen to find members who could offer a canal boat or river cruiser to use for a week next summer.
