Lovely 3 Bed home in Fuengirola - Costa del Sol, Spain

Our typically Spanish Villa is set on one level, but accessed via 24 steps, in an elevated position in the urbanization of Torreblanca close to Fuengirola on the Costa Del Sol. We have magnificent views from our South/West facing Dining Room, Main Bedroom and Terrace overlooking Fuengirola and the Harbour. Sea and Mountain views from the Kitchen.

We have two Double Bedrooms (one en-suite with bath) and one Twin Bedroom.
Completely re-furbished Shower Room with Thermostatic Shower.
The comfortable Lounge has Widescreen TV, (UK television available via an Android Box), Hi-Fi, Video, DVD etc and a Log-Burning Stove for the cooler winter months. We have Wi-Fi Internet. The fully refurbished Kitchen with Granite Worktops is equiped with Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and Dishwasher. Air Conditioning Units are fitted in the Lounge, Dining Room and Master Bedroom. Garden and two terraces.

We are a 15 minute walk down to the beach (Carvajal), with a 7 km Promenade leading to Fuengirola.

Fuengirola and the adjacent suburb of Los Boliches is blessed with many good, reasonably priced Restuarants. We are a 20 minute drive from Malaga Airport, or 30 minutes by local Train to Torreblanca Railway Station.

Gibralter (Britain in Spain) is about an hour's drive on the Motorway and well worth a visit. Take a tour of the Rock, see the Barbary Apes, go shopping in Marks & Sparks! Malaga, with its magnificent Cathedral is a 20 minute drive away or 45 mins by local train. Granada (and the Alhambra Palace) is approx 1.1/4hrs on Motorway. Both Cordoba and Seville can be reached within a couple of hours or so.
